Returns & Refunds Policy
All our orders are custom made especially for you with great care and attention,
We take pride in everything we do and want you to be happy with your purchases you make from Cake & Elf .
But we understand that sometimes your purchase may not be right for you and that you may wish to return it. For your peace of mind we are happy to offer a refund.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to arrange returning the item. You can then return it in the original condition and packaging, with tags, within an agreed time limit. A refund will then be issued less postage and packing and any relevant bank charges.

If your item is faulty, we will offer a refund or replacement on receipt of the item provided that we are satisfied that the item has not not suffered damage, or has not been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions, or the problem is not due to normal wear and tear.
Non-faulty items can be returned to us for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt providing the item is returned to us unworn and in the same condition that you received it and tags have not been removed. We cannot offer a refund if the item is returned after 14 days of receipt but we may be able to offer an exchange, so please contact us to see what your options are.
The customer is responsible for postage costs in the event of an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging / with tags
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hikittyjackson@hotmail.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you .
